Yes. Co-managed IT can add support capacity or specialist help while your internal team keeps its role. We agree which systems, requests and projects Genius Fixers will handle, including access, approvals and escalation responsibilities.
Do you work with small businesses?+
Yes. Our work includes support for small and mid-sized businesses, including professional offices, healthcare and dental practices, financial businesses and other industries. The service is scoped around your team, applications, operating hours and requirements.
Can we start with a single issue or project?+
Yes. You can discuss a specific IT issue, a defined project or a broader monthly support plan. Pay-as-you-go IT labor is $150 per hour in 15-minute increments. Travel, parts and licenses are separate. Our pricing page explains the hourly option and how monthly plans are quoted.
Are web development and marketing available outside the DMV?+
Yes. Web development, content and digital marketing projects can be delivered remotely nationwide from our Manassas headquarters. Deliverables, review points, access and handover responsibilities are agreed with your team.
