Genius Fixers is a managed IT services provider headquartered in Manassas, Virginia. We work with small and mid-sized businesses that need everyday technical support, a clearer view of their systems and a practical plan for what comes next.
An email problem can involve account access, a device, the network or another provider. A new office can need cabling, computers, backup and a website. Our work brings those pieces together, with support across IT, security, cloud and digital services.
We start by learning how your business operates: who depends on each system, what interrupts their work and what needs attention first. From there, we define the responsibilities, scope and next steps with you.

Where is Genius Fixers based?+
Our headquarters is at 9300 Forest Point Cir, Suite 165, Manassas, VA 20110. We scope remote IT assistance and scheduled on-site work for businesses in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. Coverage, timing and travel requirements are confirmed for your address.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?+
Yes. Co-managed IT can add support capacity or specialist help while your internal team keeps its role. We agree which systems, requests and projects Genius Fixers will handle, including access, approvals and escalation responsibilities.
Do you work with small businesses?+
Yes. Our work includes support for small and mid-sized businesses, including professional offices, healthcare and dental practices, financial businesses and other industries. The service is scoped around your team, applications, operating hours and requirements.
Can we start with a single issue or project?+
Yes. You can discuss a specific IT issue, a defined project or a broader monthly support plan. Pay-as-you-go IT labor is $150 per hour in 15-minute increments. Travel, parts and licenses are separate. Our pricing page explains the hourly option and how monthly plans are quoted.
Are web development and marketing available outside the DMV?+
Yes. Web development, content and digital marketing projects can be delivered remotely nationwide from our Manassas headquarters. Deliverables, review points, access and handover responsibilities are agreed with your team.
How does the first meeting work?+
Use our booking page to choose a free 10-minute introductory meeting by Phone call or Zoom Video. We will discuss your initial questions and current needs, then identify the next step. Technical support, assessments and project work are scoped separately.
Can you help with industry security and compliance requirements?+
We can discuss technical controls, access, backup, documentation and other requirements relevant to your business. Bring the client, insurer or industry requirements you need to address so responsibilities and service scope can be defined with your team.
