Call (703) 419-9000Core IT includes ongoing remote help desk and network operations support, workstation monitoring and management, updates and patching, managed endpoint protection, email and web security, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, identity monitoring, employee onboarding and offboarding, and IT planning within the agreed scope.
Complete IT includes everything in Core IT, plus vulnerability scanning and management, employee security awareness and phishing training, an annual security risk assessment, and a prioritized improvement plan. These services support your security work; certification or regulatory compliance is not guaranteed.
Pricing is per workstation and scales with workstation count. For 5–10 workstations, Core IT starts at $125 per workstation per month and Complete IT starts at $150. Rates decrease gradually to $99 and $125 at 100 workstations and remain at that level above 100. Your written quote confirms the final scope and price.
Server management is $299 per server per month and managed firewall service is $99 per firewall per month. Hardware, licenses, backup and project work are separate unless your written agreement specifically includes them.
Cloud backup, on-site backup, Microsoft 365 backup and recovery services are available as separately scoped add-ons. We will confirm protected systems, storage, retention, recovery priorities and pricing in your quote.
On-site visits are available for $65 per visit within 50 miles of our Genius Fixers office in Manassas, Virginia. Visits outside that radius are quoted separately. Your written quote confirms the visit scope and any parts, hardware, licenses or project work.
